ASSESSMENT DATES

  1. Register for one of the scheduled assessment dates by completing the registration assessment form and mail or bring it by Southwest Technology Center.
  2. Arrive on the assessment date at least 15 minutes early.
  3. Pay the $5.00 assessment fee for the TABE test in cash only. The TABE test can be taken again once the applicant has received additional training in the area of language, math or reading that did not meet the 9.0 or better. Individualized free training is available in the Enhancement Center by calling Tiffany McCormack at 477-2250 ext. 265 to schedule training time.
  4. Pay the $15.00 nursing aptitude assessment PSB test fee in cash only.
  5. Each test takes approximately 3 hours to complete.
  6. The counselor will interpret the results of the TABE and PSB test. The counselor will schedule a time for you that same week.
